Welcome to The Learning Commons!
The Learning Common (TLC) is your one-stop resource center at SUA. We are staffed with professional educators who can offer solid content assistance in all subjects offered at SUA. Print resources are available, including light reading novels and magazines. We are ready to help with your research for an assigned essay as well, whether that research is online or in print form. A printer and a copy machine are located in the library, so you can print your essays. We look forward to working with you as you lift yourself to your personal academic best!
TLC is open from 6:30am-6pm, staffed from 7am-4:45pm weekdays, until 3 on Fridays.
How to use The Learning Commons
The Learning Commons is available during the open hours for drop-in tutoring or a supporting learning space. Educators are available that are certified and trained in all core academic subjects to assist students to an understanding of the material. All students are eligible and welcome to work with staff members. Students do not need to make advance arrangements. If a student is not able to get adequate help during the drop-in times, arrangements can be made for more focused attention.
