Liturgies and Prayer
As a Catholic school, we gather for all-school masses regularly. We believe Mass is a central part of our faith, and we come together as a community to celebrate, including Holy Days and special SUA traditions.
All School Liturgies
We gather together to celebrate the following Feast Days every year. In addition, we celebrate an all school liturgy once a month.

In addition to all-school Masses, we offer opportunities for students to spend time with God and grow in their faith.
Eucharistic Adoration
Every Wednesday morning at 7:00 a.m., students gather in our Chapel to for Eucharistic Adoration.
This provides a quiet, contemplative space to pray in the presence of the consecrated Eucharist. This practice allows individuals to deepen their relationship with God through private prayer and reflection.
It concludes with a morning prayer at 7:45 a.m.
The Angela Moment
The entire SUA community begins each day together in morning prayer, and we pause mid-afternoon for our “Angela Moment,” when we reflect on our day.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
SUA calls on high school students to help at school Masses to distribute the holy Eucharist. Juniors and seniors who are practicing Catholics and over the age of 16 can be Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.
Arrow Core Team
The Arrow Core Team, which consists of sophomores, juniors, and seniors, works alongside the Campus Ministry Team on the general faith life of SUA. This group is involved in the planning, leading, and execution of Masses, prayer services, class retreats, and morning announcements. The goal of the Arrow Core Team is to spread the love of Christ throughout the SUA community to grow together in faith.
