Generate Pairing Codes for Parents (Required to Create Parent Account)
1. Log in to Student Canvas Account
In a browser window, enter SUA's Student Canvas URL: https://toledosua.instructure.com
2. Open User Settings
In Global Navigation, click the Account link, then click the Settings link.
3. Pair with Observer
Click the Pair with Observer button.
4. Copy Pairing Code
Copy the six-digit alphanumeric pairing code. You will need to share the code with the parent/guardian who will link to your account. The pairing code will expire after seven days or its first use.
To close the window, click the OK button.
Note: Pairing codes are case sensitive.
Create parent account
1. Open Canvas URL
In a browser window, enter SUA's Parent Canvas URL: https://toledosua.instructure.com/login/canvas
2. Create Canvas Account
Click on Parent of a Canvas User? link at the top of the screen.
3. Sign Up As a Parent (Free Account)
Click the Parents sign up here link.
4. Enter Signup Details
- Enter your Information and Password into the fields.
- Enter a paring code to link your account to your daughter in the Student Pairing Code* field.
*If you have not yet generated a pairing code, see instructions in tab above. - Agree to the terms of use by clicking the You agree to the terms of use checkbox.
- Click the Start Participating button.
5. Begin Observing
You can begin observing your student in Canvas immediately.

Link another student to parent account
1. Log in to Student's Account
In a browser window, enter SUA's Student Canvas URL: https://toledosua.instructure.com
2. Create Pairing Code
See tab above for instructions.
3. Log in to your Parent Account
4. Open Account Settings
In Global Navigation, click the Account link, then click the Settings link.
5. Open Observing
In User Navigation, click the Observing link.
6. Add Student
Type the pairing code in the Student Pairing Code field and click the Add Student button.
Log in to Canvas mobile app as a parent
1. Log in to Parent Account
In a browser window, enter SUA's Parent Canvas URL: https://toledosua.instructure.com/login/canvas
2. Open QR Code
In Global Navigation, click the Account link, then click the QR for Mobile Login link.
3. Confirm QR Code Display
To generate your mobile login QR code, click the Proceed button.
4. View QR Code
View your QR code. The QR code can be scanned from the login page of the Parent app from an Android device or an iOS device.
Note: Mobile login QR codes expire 10 minutes after they are generated.
PowerSchool
Create Parent Account
Note: All accounts must be created through the Parent Portal website. After creating an account on the website, you may install the mobile app on your device. The mobile app is available in your device’s app store. The district code for the mobile app is KCPK.
1. Open PowerSchool URL
In a browser window, enter SUA's PowerSchool Parent Portal URL: https://toledosua.powerschool.com
2. Create Account
Select the Create Account tab and click the Create Account button.
3. Enter Account Details
Complete all the fields in the Parent Account Details section. Make sure to enter a valid email address, as the email address is used for password recovery.
4. Link to Student Account
To link your parent account to your daughter’s account, complete all the fields for each daughter in the Link Students to Account section.
- Enter your daughter’s legal name as previously provided to the school.
- The Access ID and Access Password were provided to you when your daughter registered for school. The Access Password is case sensitive. If you do not have the Access ID or Access Password, please contact Mark Miller at mmiller@toledosua.org.
- Select your relationship to your daughter.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Enter button.
5. Verify Account
Once your account is created and before you can log in into your account, you will receive an email to verify your new account. If you do not receive the verification email, please check your email spam folder.
Note: If you ever forget your username or password, you can click on Forgot Username or Password? at the bottom of the Student and Parent Sign In page, https://toledosua.powerschool.com.
FinalForms
Create Parent Account
1. Open FinalForms URL
In a browser window, enter SUA's FinalForms URL: https://ursulaarrows-oh.finalforms.com
2. Create Account
Click new account under the Parent Icon.
3. Enter Account Details
Type your name, date of birth, and email. Then click register.
4. Confirm Account
Check your email for a FinalForms email, and click confirm your account in the email text.
Note: You will receive an email within 2 minutes prompting you to confirm and complete your registration. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder. If you still do not see the FinalForms email, please email support@finalforms.com.
5. Add Another Parent (optional)
You may be asked if you want to grant another Parent/Guardian access to your registered students. Either click skip this step or enter the name, date of birth, and email of second parent. Then click add parent account.
Register a Student
Note: You will need the following items when registering a student:
- Basic Medical History & Health Info
- Doctor, Dentist & Hospital Information
- Insurance Company & Policy Number
- Email Address for both you and your student
1. Log in to FinalForms
In a browser window, enter SUA's FinalForms URL: https://ursulaarrows-oh.finalforms.com. Then click on login under the Parent Icon.
2. Register Student
Click on register student at the top of the page.
3. Enter Student Information
Complete the form including daughter’s legal name, email, date of birth, gender, graduation year, home address and any other information required by your School District, then click create student.
4. Register for Sports and Activities
If your daughter plans to participate in a sport, activity, or club, please click the checkbox for each. Click update after making your selection.
Note: A selection can be changed any time until the registration deadline.
5. Complete and Submit Forms
Complete each form and sign your full name (e.g. "John Smith") into the parent signature field at the bottom of the page. After signing, click submit form and move on to the next form.
6. Finish Forms
When all forms are complete, you will see a “Forms Finished” message.
Note: At any point in the future, you may login at any time and click the update forms button.
