Nine years

What are you most proud of being affiliated with SUA?
I love being part of a such a supportive and caring community!
What SUA Core Value is most meaningful to you, and why?
I have to say it is a tie for me. Academic Excellence because I set high academic standards so students can pursue their dreams and Care of the Individual because that makes us different. I strive to connect to my students as individuals so I can teach and support them in every way I can.
How she has impacted students:
“Dr. Padron is one of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met. She strives to help her students succeed in her class and is attentive to each girl’s needs. Dr. Padron is always happy and has a big smile on her face that is so contagious to everyone, not just those in her class. This past year in AP Spanish, Dr. Padron was so supportive of our class and always reminded us, “We can do this” and “Don’t stress; take deep breaths.” Without Dr. Padron, my love for the Spanish culture and language would not be the same.”
