Do You Remember Michelle Moses?

Michelle Moses
Special Events and Advancement Services Manager

How long have you been a part of the SUA community?
I started at SUA just over 16 years ago.

What is your position at/affiliation to SUA?
I am a parent of two Arrows: Ava is a junior and Layna is a Freshman. Both started as sixth graders in the Junior Academy. I am currently the Special Events and Advancement Services Manager.

What are you most proud of being affiliated with SUA?
I am most proud of this community. The impact everyone has on the students--from faculty, to staff, to administration, to parents—is second to none. I have seen how these relationships have impacted alumnae over the 16 years I have been here, and it is priceless. This is one community. They say it takes a village to raise a child...at SUA, you get that, and more!

What SUA core value is most meaningful to you, and why?
This question is difficult, but I will choose Care of the Individual. SUA is focused on helping each student be the best she can be. I love the saying, "Be your best self." SUA is not a cookie-cutter experience. I have two extremely different daughters and their needs are both met because SUA wants each student to be her best self.

How she makes others feel...
"Michelle Moses has been an amazing asset to St. Ursula Academy. Her passion and dedication to creating fun and memorable fundraising events for SUA has truly enhanced the parent and alumnae experience. Her positive energy and organizational skills, along with her attention to detail, have made my involvement as an SUA parent volunteer and alumna an enjoyable one."
