Stephanie Jackson '01 is the Chief People Officer of Aurify Brands with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is responsible for all people and culture at the company, ensuring corporate and social responsibility, sustainability, and ethical standards are not just met but exceeded. Prior to Aurify, Stephanie held similar roles at Tiffany & Co., Shake Shack, Union Square Hospitality Group, and Eleven Madison Park. She holds degrees from Miami University and the Culinary Institute of America. 

Stephanie credits St. Ursula Academy for defining the beginning of her career and personal life. She was given opportunities to excel through the track and field team, as co-captain of the cheerleading squad at St. Francis, and through her involvement in the Spanish, yearbook & social justice clubs. This solid foundation led to professional projects: initiating employee resources groups, improving parental leave policies, and chairing domestic and global training solutions for diversity and inclusion efforts.

She is so thankful that St. Ursula nurtured her faith which remains a critical part of her life today. Friendships she made during her four years there are still cherished, and she’s blessed to have been challenged beyond what she thought capable. It’s wonderful to see the way Mrs. Werner has continued to shape the alumni community and unite us through the Arrow Connect Newsletter. 

Stephanie now lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with her husband Dan Jackson and three young children. In the spring of 2020, she was diagnosed with stage four glioblastoma. She has defied all odds and continues to navigate many rounds of intense treatment. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, she is grateful for the faith and support fostered by her time lovingly spent as an Arrow.
