St. Ursula Academy is excited to offer Arrow for a Day visits for 8th grade girls looking at high school and for girls in grades 5-7 looking at the Junior Academy.
High school visit:
9:20 a.m. - Arrival at the main doors
Our Arrow for a Day will be greeted by the Admissions Team.
9:30 a.m. - Block 2 Class
10:55 a.m. - Student-led tour and lunch on us!
12:15 p.m. - Block 4 Class
1:40 p.m. - Departure
Junior Academy visit:
9:20 a.m. - Arrival at the main doors
Our Arrow for a Day will be greeted by the Admissions Team.
9:30 a.m. - Block 2 Class
10:55 a.m. - Block 3 Class
12:20 p.m. - Lunch on us and student-led tour!
1:40 p.m. - Departure
Please keep in mind the following COVID-19 protocols for our Arrow for a Day program:
- We ask that all visitors perform a self-assessment before arrival. Not feeling well? No problem! We will happily reschedule her visit.
- Currently, masks are required during the school day for students, faculty, and staff. Masks are also required for guests at this time.
- Classrooms are set up with a three-foot social distance, with the exception of art, science, and life skills work spaces.
- Lunch will not be socially distanced unless requested.
General Arrow for a Day reminders:
- SUA will host five guests per day.
- Select classes are available for our guests to visit. However, if your daughter would like to have lunch with a specific Arrow, we would be happy to arrange that.
- Arrow for a Day visits will be confirmed via email.
- Parent tours are available at 9:40 a.m.
- Dress should be school appropriate (we kindly request no leggings).
- Guests will have the option of a lunch of her choice from our cafeteria. She is also welcome to pack her lunch, if preferred.
- SUA follows Sylvania Schools for weather delays and closings.
