Strategic Plan

We are thrilled to introduce our 2025 Strategic Plan: Lighting the Way Forward. This plan represents the collective wisdom and aspirations of our entire SUA community including students, parents, alumnae, faculty, staff, and trustees who shared their insights and vision for our future.

As we build upon 170 years of Ursuline educational excellence, we remain committed to what matters most: rigorous academics that challenge and inspire, faith formation that grounds and guides, and character development that prepares young women to lead with integrity and purpose. This strategic roadmap will guide us as we navigate new opportunities while staying anchored in our mission and Ursuline core values.
