Strategic Plan

We are excited to share with you our 2020 Strategic Plan: Making a Difference. Long before the COVID-19 pandemic, our leadership team and Board of Trustees were engaged in a visioning process. We sought input and feedback from more than 850 members of our community. This strategic plan is the result of our efforts, and it will continue to evolve throughout the coming years as SUA responds to new challenges and opportunities.

This year has been unlike any other. We have faced significant challenges, and we have gotten through them as a community. Together, we are united in our mission to prepare our young women for college and for a life of meaning. We look forward to charting our path forward with you.
