SUA’s Lacrosse Coach Brings Experience to the Team
St. Ursula Academy

St. Ursula Academy has hired Paul Sieben as its new lacrosse coach for the spring season, bringing a wealth of both collegiate and high school coaching experience to the program.

A previous head coach for Lourdes University’s women lacrosse team (2014-2017) and Coach of the Year in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference, he was also an assistant coach at Ottawa Hills High School. From 2000-2013, Sieben was the lacrosse head coach for SUA.

Athletic Director Mike Donnelly said, “St. Ursula Academy is excited to welcome back Coach Sieben as our head coach for lacrosse. His past coaching success, the respect he has among his peers, and his caring commitment to each student-athlete make him a great fit for our lacrosse program."

Donnelly noted that the SUA lacrosse team has 29 returning players, and went 26-5 over the last two seasons, including an Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSSA) regional semi-final appearance last spring.
