Tuesday, November 27, 2019—St. Ursula Academy inducted its new members of the National Honor Society (NHS) and recognized students for their 2019 Advanced Placement (AP) honors.
Six new members were inducted into SUA's NHS chapter. These students were selected based on the four NHS Pillars—Scholarship, Leadership, Community Service, and Character. Congratulations to our newest NHS members: Allison Pakulski, Alana Medlin, Veronica Eichbauer, Hannah Best, Sarah Brown, and Grace Turski (not pictured).
In addition to the NHS induction ceremony, students from the Class of 2020 and 2021 were recognized with honors from the College Board based on their scores on their 2019 AP exams.
The level of AP Scholar is granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams.
Congratulations to our juniors and seniors recognized as AP Scholars: Isabel Awad, Hannah Best, Madison Dykema, Elaina Klump, Alana Medlin, Emma Morgenstern, Shelby Muntz, Samantha Pastorek, Anna Rathge, Sydney Rudolph, Regan Rybka, Jessica Segura, Madison Shock, Grace Turski, and Lily Turski.
The level of AP Scholar with Honor is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.
Congratulations to the following AP Scholars with Honor in SUA's Class of 2020: Anna Cufr, Veronica Eichbauer, Brooke Hoffman, Madelyn Jeffrey, Paige Livengood, Jesslene O’Loughlin, and Carlin Pendell.
The level of AP Scholar with Distinction is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.
Congratulations to the following AP Scholars with Distinction in SUA's Class of 2020: Abigail Amonett (not pictured), Allison Borland, Sarah Brown, Annalee Miklosek, and Eloise White.
Graduates from the Class of 2019 also claim the following AP honors:
Addison Hinkle was awarded with an AP Seminar & Research Certificate. This certificate is granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher in AP Seminar and AP Research.
De’Asia Neal and Abbey Reimer were awarded with AP Capstone Diplomas, granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher in AP Seminar and AP Research and on 4 additional AP exams.
Caroline Goetz was awarded the title of National AP Scholar, granted to students receiving an average score of at least 4 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams.

Five Class of 2019 graduates earned the AP Scholar with Honor Award:
