Toledo—St. Ursula Academy hosted its annual Serata di Gala fundraiser on Saturday, November 2, 2024. This event raised more than $155,000 and nearly $1.5 million in twelve years, with all funds going directly to scholarships.

Mary Werner ’74, president of St. Ursula Academy, said, "Through the generosity of our supporters at Serata Di Gala, we create life-changing opportunities for deserving young women across the region to experience St. Ursula Academy's academic excellence, sisterhood, and faith-filled environment. Their commitment to our 170-year legacy opens doors to undeniable opportunities, empowering hundreds of students to reach their fullest potential." 

SUA also honored Aly Sterling; Dr. Tracee Perryman ’97; and Annette (Gagnet) Meklus ’86 for their leadership, achievements, and service, as well as their belief in the SUA mission. 

SUA’s Director of Donor Services and Special Events and host of the annual gala Michelle Moses, said, “This event brings together the entire SUA community—alumnae, current parents, past parents, grandparents, and friends of SUA—to support our girls, celebrate Ursuline education, and reinforce our strong community bonds.”
