SUA Athletes Capture Top Honors for Fall 2020 Season

The fall high school athletics season includes five sports for girls, and St. Ursula Academy athletes and coaches captured the highest honors—four Players of the Year awards and two Coach of the Year awards—in four of those sports in the Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC).

  • In Cross Country, Annie Bennett ’21 was named Runner of the Year. Joe Shoots was named Coach of the Year.
  • In Golf, Payton Donnelly ’24 earned Player of the Year honors.
  • In Soccer, Miranda Sullivan ’21 shared Co-Player of the Year accolades, while Emma Caldwell ’21 was voted Goalkeeper of the Year.
  • In Volleyball, Laura Fender was named Coach of the Year.

Many of the SUA athletes were named to First Team, Second Team, or Honorable Mention squads.
