You're ready for the next step academically.  St. Ursula Academy will prepare you for college and help you begin setting goals for your future.  Since 1854, St. Ursula has been a leader in academic excellence, educating and empowering generations of young women, and preparing them for college success and beyond.

At. St. Ursula you'll be challenged in mathematics, science, English and language arts, theology, social studies, foreign languages, computers, life skills, business education, fine arts, and health.  We'll help you ignite your passion for learning and provide you with a foundation for knowledge that will serve you well throughout life.


Our academic program is challenging and competitive. At. St. Ursula, you will be challenged to do your individual best. Our required and elective courses are progressive, leading you confidently to college.




At St. Ursula, our faculty, staff, and counselors are the best in their fields. They are dedicated professionals committed to helping you achieve your individual goals.


With a 16-to-1 ratio of students to teachers at St. Ursula, you are able to build personal relationships with each other.  Teachers support you in the classroom and in your extracurricular activities.

Two teachers have doctorates, thirty have master's degrees. and the entire faculty has an average of 18 years of teaching experience.  They remain current in their fields.

Our faculty focuses on you, the student.  Teachers are accessible and they care abour your progress.  They get to know you in class and provide ongoing nurturing that contributes to your success.  They also support you in extracurricular and athletic endeavors outside the classroom.  It's not unusual to see your teachers at one of your sporting, arts or other extracurricular events.

Measure of Success

One measure of our success is that 100 percent of our students apply to four-year colleges. We're proud of our 2010 graduates who earned more than $11.8 million in academic and athletic scholarships. Our graduates were accepted at 127 schools nationally, including these highly desirable schools.
